Dr. Adam L. Kouyoumjian, an orthopedic surgeon in Plano and Frisco, TX, specializes in treating various health conditions related to knee, hip and shoulder. He is a board certified and fellowship trained physician having extensive experience in sports medicine as well as in performing reconstructive and arthroscopic joint surgery. Dr. Kouyoumjian is also accomplished to perform minimally invasive joint replacement surgery. In this procedure, he uses the technology of computer navigation in order to precisely reconstruct the normal anatomy of various joints including knee, shoulder, elbow, hip and ankle.
Dr. Adam Kouyoumjian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in New York, USA. After this, he went on to Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was awarded with his medical degree with honors. Dr. Kouyoumjian also attended the orthopedic surgery residency program at North Shore University Hospital, New York, and graduated with the honor of a chief resident.
